Basic (₹699/mo) is the full workspace — bookings, patients, billing, documents, reports — worked by your own team. It includes no AI. Business (₹1,299/mo) adds AI Plus: your own number, the AI answering every call 24/7 in your caller's language, and every limit on the workspace removed. Basic holds 1,000 people on file, 400 bookings and 200 documents a month, 3 logins and 5 automations; Business has no limits on any of it.
When does Business open?
Soon — the price is set at ₹1,299/mo and we'll announce the date here. It comes with a virtual phone number and AI agents tuned to your business, and we won't sell it until we can switch that on for you the same day. Basic you can buy right now, in a minute, with a card. Enterprise is priced per engagement, so that one is a conversation.
What do AI Plus and AI Ultra mean?
AI Plus (Business) runs our best conversational model on every call — fast, natural, and fluent in your caller's language. AI Ultra (Enterprise) adds reasoning models on the calls that matter and agents built around your own workflow.
What happens when I hit a limit on Basic?
You are told before you hit it, not after. Your usage is on the workspace at all times, and the write that would cross a ceiling is refused with the number in plain language rather than failing silently. Monthly counts reset on the 1st. Nothing you have already entered is ever touched.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at end of billing cycle. No lock-in contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
